Product Description:
The platinum cure silicone for tyre moudmaking is great to make tire molds either with simple or intricate patterns, either for the snow tyre or common ones.
With the excellent tension and tear strength, flexibly, especially almost nil shrinkage, Sibetter Platinum cure silicone rubber has won an good reputation in the market of tyre molding.
Generally, both the platinum cure and condensation cure silicone of 10shore A to 30shoreA would be used to make tyre mould, but come customers won’t make the outer mold when platinum cure silicone is used, then if you choose this kind, the item with a little hight hardness, saying 25~30 shore A would be recommend.

Characteristics

Application

Besides the tyre mouldmaking, the XB-620#/625#/630# also can be used to make molds for other products, especially the food-related molds since they are platinum cure silicone rubber in food grade.

  1. concrete/cement/artificial stone products,
  2. plaster line/conics, concrete stamping, garden statues, plaster window decoration, GRC/GRFC products,
  3. furniture, roman column mold making, etc.
  4. food related products mould, such as chocolate, candy, cake, butter, fondant, butter, ice statues, cookies, etc.

As they are platinum cure silicone, which will be easy to cause uncure problem, so kindly follow the tips below

* Do not mix with liuqid condensation silicone rubber or even the tool which used for condensation silicone

* Do not mix with organic matter which contains N, S, P organics and ionic compound like Sn, As, Hg, Ph

* Do not add any pigment or powder into the addition cure silicone rubber without any testing to prevent uncure problem
